Margaret Voutour Wietrzykowski, 50, of Green Cove Springs, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka following an extended illness.

A native of Rhinebeck, NY, Margie grew up in Jacksonville where she lived most of her life. She and her family moved to Green Cove Springs 7 years ago. Margie always put family first; being such a generous soul, one could often find her helping others, even complete strangers.

Margie was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Mary Voutour; her natural father, Douglas Shanley; and her natural brothers, Mark Shanley and Jesse Shanley.

Surviving are her husband of 28 years, Harry Wietrzykowski of Green Cove Springs; four sons and daughters-in-law, Kristopher “Superman” (Scottee) Gore, Kyle (Kim) Gore, Harry (Rebecca) Voutour, and Brandon Voutour; parents, Frank and Carol Voutour of Ponte Vedra Beach and Keith and Veronica Henthorn of Wayland, NY; nine brothers and sisters, Roger, Douglas, Jean, Jamie, Christopher, Tonya, Laurie, Mary and Karin; six grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. As well as many young adults that she loved as her own.

A memorial service will be 6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 23 at Masters Funeral Home in Palatka with Pastor Rick Jackson officiating. Friends are invited to call an hour before the service. Memorial donations can be made payable to Masters Funeral Home.
